Yes, very satisfying customer service. Only 15 days after ordering I received the product as described really quickly. It feels almost like the real thing. I agree that the size is too small, but on the other hand, it was something I could afford. The package arrived with no markings on the contents. Very discreet, the FedEx guy thought it was a gun cabinet. Also, the doll was packaged very well so there were no blemishes or stains on the doll I received.
